3. User Accounts

4. Free Trial

• The Service offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features
• No credit card is required to start the free trial
• You can cancel the trial at any time without charges
• After the trial ends, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled
• Free trial accounts are subject to the same terms as paid accounts

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Fees

JetResponder Pro costs $11.99 per month. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.

5.2 Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime through your account settings
• Cancelled accounts remain active until the end of the billing period
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• All taxes and fees are your responsibility

5.3 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices at any time, but price changes will not affect current billing periods. We'll notify you of price changes at least 30 days in advance.

7.3 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated email drafts are yours to use, modify, and distribute as you wish. We don't claim any ownership rights over AI-generated content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JetResponder and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
